Shipping policy

 

Free standard shipping on orders over $149 AUD. 

We are dispatching at our normal pace, however courier and postal companies are experiencing some delays, please kindly allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered.

Where do you deliver?

We ship worldwide! 

When will my order be sent? 

If you order before 2pm Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched on the same day. If your order is placed after 2pm it will be dispatched on the next business day. If your order is placed on Friday after 2 pm, it will be shipped the following Monday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. 

What are your delivery options?

We ship ItalWax worldwide! 

Australia:
Standard Shipping (2 - 5 business days) 

Express Shipping (1-2 business days) 

Free Standard Shipping (1-2 business days) on all orders over $149 AUD.

The rest of the world:

Price varies based on shipping carrier and product weight. 

Free Express International Shipping on all orders over $250 AUD. 

*Please note when selecting Free Express International Shipping, the shipping courier will be selected based on your location and shipment weight.

If you wish to have DHL as your preferred shipping courier, please select DHL SHIPPING option on the shipping options at checkout, please note this could include a shipping fee.

3. Towards the bottom of the page there is an estimate shipping calculator where you can enter your delivery details to calculate your shipping price. 

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order is shipped, you will have received a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your parcel!

Delivery information (Domestic)

If you are not home on the day of delivery or where it is unsafe for the courier to leave your parcel unattended, the parcel will be taken to your local post office for your collection.

Most post offices have a 2 week collection period before sending the parcel back to the sender. It is important to keep up to date with your tracking status as once the parcel leaves our warehouse, the recipient is responsible for the tracking of the parcel. 

What if my parcel has been sent back?

If your parcel has been returned to us and you would like it re-sent or refunded, please email us on hello@italwax.com.au. We will only be able to re-send or refund your parcel once it arrives back to our warehouse. Please note for parcels to be re-sent there will be shipping payment fee required.
